To book, send an email to Zoe with the following information:
- Whether room is a twin, single, or triple
- For each person in the room
- Full name (must match passport)
- Date of birth
- Any dietary requirements
- Any mobility requirements or medical requirements (such as CPAP)
- How you want to pay your deposit
- Provide the credit card information to Zoe over the phone
- Request a secure link to enter the credit card information. Provide her with the direct email address of the person making the payment, the name shown on the card and the billing address for the card. She will send a secure link for an on-line payment
